2009 PCwS Budget
We raise each expense separately through generous individuals, companies, fund raisers, mail solicitations, internet donations, & until recently, by grant writing (yet to see funds). At the present moment, we have enough in our accounts to cover basic operating expenses, ie, legal, tax, & website maintenance. We still are operating from a bedroom located at Patrick’s house and not at an official suite. We try to keep all the costs to a minimal because it will provide the highest amount to the children that we help out. We are attempting to eliminate all costs involved with the sponsorship process so that 100% can be sent abroad and used for Ugandan Orphanage Sponsorship Program.

Marketing: $500.00
Legal: $210.00
Tax/Bookeeping/Financial: $200.00
Office Supplies: $300.00
Travel Subsidy: $3,000.00
Orphanage Allocation Abroad: $2,500.00

All donations are tax-deductible. We have been a tax-exempt status since 2004. We are continually looking for new ways to minimize expenses and bringing a higher quality of sponsorship to our programs here in Oregon and abroad.
